Aluminum products that are welding do not require the application of soldering flux and do not require inert gas protection during the welding process.
This kind of vacuum furnace can control the temperature and heating time programmatically, so it is very suitable for producing heavy plate and bar heat exchangers, or laminated coolers.
This is an atmosphere protection brazing furnace, which uses chains to transport aluminum products to achieve continuous mass production. It is suitable for the production of lightweight products, such as radiator for automobile engines, condenser and evaporators for automobile air conditioning systems, etc.
By increasing the length of the brazing furnace, it can also produce large-sized products, such as battery cooling plates, industrial microchannel condenser, and liquid cooled gearbox shells.
This brazing furnace is characteristic by full automatic production, and large-scale production can reduce production costs. It is very suitable for oem factories that need large-scale production.
Continuous aluminum brazing furnace
This is a box type structural design, but it does not have a vacuum environment and requires nitrogen gas to participate in protecting the aluminum material during high-temperature welding. It can produce various complex parts.
The welding quality of the furnace is the same as that of the vacuum furnace, but aluminum materials need to be spray with flux. Compared with the vacuum furnace, it adds a production process, which may increase some labor costs.
A complete welding process takes about 3-4 hours, so this type of furnace is only suitable for small-scale production factories, but its price is the most competitive.

How to choose an aluminum brazing furnace
