



Machine Overview
Mesh belt furnace is an industrial equipment that adopts a multifunctional layout design. It uses mesh belt to move products and achieve fully automatic continuous production of flux spraying, drying and preheating, heat treatment, etc.
This furnace utilizes precise and reasonable heating zone control, high-precision temperature control instruments and software automatic adjustment to achieve high temperature uniformity, with a maximum error range of 0.2-1 ℃.
The mesh belt movement is control by frequency conversion speed regulation, and the product can move smoothly without any limit. The maximum moving speed is up to 1800mm/minute, which is currently at the forefront of the industry in terms of production speed.
Stainless steel pipes are reserved in the muffle of the furnace for transporting nitrogen or other inert gases, and flow control valves are installed. Users can transport inert gases according to the production process and accurately control their flow rate.

- Design of Cooling Room Science
The forced cooling system involves 6 fans simultaneously, and the inlet and outlet air flow are designed using aerodynamics. The position of the fans is scientifically distributed, and the hood forms a closed chamber to reduce wind resistance and fully cool the product. Excess heat is also discharged to the workshop surface
- Reserved a cleaning room
The mesh belt furnace will produce some slag during long-term use. In order to avoid the impact of slag on the factory environment and product quality, we have designed a slag storage box for this furnace. It is made of 316L material with a thickness of 5mm and installed at the outlet of the furnace. When slag comes out of the furnace, it will fall into this drawer for unified storage, which is convenient for workers to clean
- Temperature control
Temperature heating adopts PID and SCR control methods, using PID algorithm to ensure temperature accuracy. A furnace has multiple heating zones, each of which is independently displayed and controlled by instruments. Engineers can observe the changes in temperature and current in each heating zone
- Waste gas treatment
In order to meet the environmental emission requirements of this mesh belt furnace, we can install environmental protection equipment to filter harmful substances such as dust and hydrogen oxides. Users can choose whether they need this equipment or not
