Tool installation and precautions

  1. For the basic calibration of the stamping machine, because the die realizes continuous high-speed production, the working platform of the stamping machine needs to be kept very smooth, and the stamping machine is installed stably without shaking
  1. When the mould is stably installed, the fin press mould needs to be connected with compressed air, with the maximum pressure of about 0.6mpa. The compressed air is used to blow the waste generated by the mould out of the mould
  1. This fin press tooling is fully automatic production. It has a built-in moving device with a mechanical structure. Each time it is pressing, it will automatically move according to the spacing of the holes. However, when it is use for the first time, the aluminum foil material does not have enough holes. Therefore, we need to manually stamp and move the aluminum foil many times. When the aluminum foil has enough holes, the mold can achieve fully automatic production.
