This is a semi-automatic production mode hairpin bending machine with multiple independent workstations. After workers put metal pipes into the mold, the machine will automatically bend them into hair clip shapes and then automatically push the pipes out.

The machine has a brand new design, with bending power driven by servo motors. Not only is the power output stronger, but the production efficiency is also faster. Compared with the previous generation machine, it saves 60% of electricity and reduces noise by 38%.

Engineers can freely set the molding time and bending angle of the machine when bending the hairpin tube. The two ends of the bent hair clip tube are parallel, with an error of no more than 0.01°, and the hairpin tube can be smoothly inserted into the holes of the fins.
