The outer wall material is 45Cr steel, the inner wall is 316 stainless steel, and there are 5 layers of stainless steel insulation barrier between the inner wall and the heating element.

Electronic control system of used vacuum furnace

- The core parts of the control cabinet are Mitsubishi’s PLC and touch screen. The touch screen is displayed in Chinese. We can upgrade the touch screen language for you, such as Russian, Spanish or other languages.
- The touch screen has a variety of operation modes, which are specially set for different levels of engineers to access permissions, such as access mode, operation mode, engineer mode, and maintenance mode. Each operation mode can set different passwords, among which the access mode can only view the running data, and cannot modify the running data. The operation mode can set the running parameters and modify it. It has higher authority capabilities.
