The evaporator stamping die is a mold installed on an ordinary press. It is an ordinary pressing die designed according to the size of the automobile evaporator. It has four high-precision guide pillars to control the error between the upper die and the lower die, so that the die can be punched 300000 times continuously without damage.

Installation process of evaporator stamping die
Step 1
Clean the workbench of the stamping machine to ensure that there are no parts, tools, or other items on the workbench.
Step 2
Adjust the slider of the stamping machine to the bottom dead center, which means the pointer of the machine is at the 6 o’clock position.
Step 3
Rotate the screw of the slider to adjust its installation height, and then place the evaporator stamping die on the workbench of the stamping machine.
Step 4
First, tighten the handle screws of the upper mold, and then fix the screws of the lower mold.
Step 5
Adjust the slider stroke of the stamping machine to ensure that the mold is close with the appropriate gap.
Step 6
Place the material in the mold for testing once, and if necessary, adjust the stroke of the slider again.
Step 7
Before mass production, it is necessary to check that all screws have been tightened, and the Evaporator stamping die installation is completed at this position.
Acceptance before delivery
Our evaporator stamping die is design according to the parts provided by the buyer. The parts produced by the die should meet the buyer’s tolerance requirements, as well as dimensional requirements and service life. Usually, before the delivery of the die, we will provide samples of the parts for the buyer’s engineers to check the dimensions.
If the buyer needs to visit a factory in China to inspect the mold, we will prepare food and hotel for the buyer’s engineers.
If the size of the parts cannot meet the buyer’s requirements, we will manufacture a new mold without the buyer having to pay additional costs, but we will have to delay the delivery time.
When the mold manufacturing is complete, we will provide the packing list, and then send the stamping mold of the evaporator to the port in China.
