1、 The main principle and application of the vacuum induction tungsten furnace is to make the tungsten crucible in the coil produce high temperature under the protection of hydrogen filling after vacuumizing and using the principle of medium frequency induction heating. It is suitable for the powder forming of refractory alloys such as tungsten, molybdenum and their alloys in scientific research and military units.
2、 The main structure and composition structure are vertical and discharging method. Its main components are: electric furnace body, vacuum system, water cooling system, pneumatic system, hydraulic system, feeding and discharging organization, base, workbench, induction heating equipment (tungsten heating body and insulation material), power supply equipment, medium frequency power supply and electrical control system.
3、 The main function is to fill hydrogen protective gas after vacuumizing to control the pressure and atmosphere in the furnace. Optical fiber infrared radiation thermometer and armored thermocouple can be used to continuously measure the temperature (0 ~ 2500 ℃), and after comparing the intelligent temperature controller with the set program, the performance status is selected and fed back to the intermediate frequency power supply to automatically control the temperature level and insulation program.
